  9.         ALERT is a highly unusual combination "burglar alarm"  and
  10.         "screen saver".  Starting the program continuously flashes the
  11.         messages INTRUDER ALERT!  and CALLING POLICE. To avoid screen
  12.         burnout, the text and background colors, as well as the text
  13.         locations are varied at short intervals.  The program also at
  14.         random intervals simulates, through the speaker, the dialing of
  15.         a  phone for greater effect (this feature may be disabled if
  16.         desired).  This program may be freely used without payment of
  17.         the registration, but the author does request a payment if its
  18.         use prevents  or limits the extent of a  burglary.  C source is
  19.         included.
